The Dress
Anthropologie BHLDN Camilla gown by Catherine Deane in size 16 with Anthropologie BHLDN Libby bridal top in ivory size XL. The gown is form fitting satin v-neck spaghetti strap with tulle overskirt. The top is ivory lace with a v-neck and half sleeves. The gown has a small zip in the back and the top has small buttons in the back.
It’s a more casual and versatile gown. It’s very comfortable for a spring/summer wedding. The Libby top blends in with the gown but is not attached. The satin-lined tulle makes a great swish on the dance floor!
I haven’t dry cleaned it but it’s been in its original BHLDN dress bag. I can’t find any visible flaws but cannot guarantee there isn’t a tiny tear in an under layer of the tulle or something.
Alterations
The tulle skirt was taken up to tea length and given an asymmetrical high-low shape with the front being knee length. The lace top buttons have been reinforced.
