The Dress

From the Alyssa Kristin website: "The low cut version of our popular Emery gown from 2019. Fitted silhouette stretch crepe gown with a center front mesh v to the waist, v-back and delicate thin straps. Side features nude mesh v cutouts for a peek of skin without losing any support."

From my experience: Modern, simple but with gorgeous custom details. The dress is simple enough to make you feel like the star. It didn't overpower me. But, it did accent my curves and make me feel so incredibly beautiful on my wedding day.

Condition: This dress has been professionally cleaned through the specialty vendor that my wedding dress boutique works with (i.e., not just a run-of-the-mill dry cleaner.) It is in pristine, like-new condition.

**Note: The Pearl Wing Cape seen in photos #3 and #8 is not included, but can be added on for just $150. It retails for $500! It is so easy to attach/remove, so I wore it during the ceremony, and then removed it for the reception for a "second look." I liked that it gave me a similar look to having a veil in terms of something long and flowy behind me, but I didn't want anything in my hair since I wanted to wear a headpiece instead. Best of both worlds in my opinion. Note that while the wings are in perfect condition with no pearls missing, they were not professionally cleaned like the dress was. Alterations

Our master seamstress did 3 key alterations:
1) Added white buttons down the back. Compare my photos to the stock photo, which doesn't have buttons - boring!
2) Lowered the mesh V side panels down to the waistline for a unique, sexy touch. Again, compare this with the original higher V side panels in the stock photo.
3) Added the most beautiful and high quality bustle I have ever seen in my life. Best seen in Photo #2. As someone who has been a bridesmaid many times and has had to fuss with messy or low-quality bustles, I was so impressed.

Note: I did not require any additional alterations to the dress. The measurements (bust, waist, hips) are exactly as if you purchased a Size 0 Alyssa Kristin gown brand new. I know, I got very lucky. The dress was hemmed slightly, however I am 5'6" and wore 3" heels, so if you're roughly that height (or any shorter) you will have absolutely no issues getting the hem altered perfectly for you.
