Gorgeous ‘Delphine’ dress by House of CB, which I wore for half a day at my wedding (before changing into an evening dress!).

A gorgeous, really flattering shape, which hugs the waist and skims the bum, with a slit at the front to show off your shoes. It then flares at the back into a gorgeous train.

I had it altered to fit me - I’m quite a standard size 8. I’m 5’6 and I wore 8cm heels on the day, the dress was touching the floor in places and slightly above the floor at the front. I also had satin buttons added down the back to add an extra detail!

It features a boned bodice which means I felt really comfortable without a bra.

It had a few dirty marks on the train on the day but it has been dry cleaned and they have all gone, it is in perfect condition!

The fabric is quite a creamy ivory colour - super flattering, I’m quite pale and I found whiter dresses washed me out.

I love Vivienne Westwood and Suzanne Neville dresses and I thought this was similar but for a fraction of the price.
