I had never seen a dress like this in all of the years that I was dress shopping (yes it took me years to find the perfect dress). I tried on hundreds of dresses & when I finally came across this dress & tried it on the moment I looked in the mirror I knew this was the one! It is classy & extremely elegant but also sexy, but not so sexy that it would be inappropriate for a church wedding (my wedding was catholic & the dress was not an issue). The lace corset feels very whimsical & magical with the Chantilly lace flowers & crystals & the small peeks of skin that you see through the corset in some areas. I felt like the most beautiful woman in the world wearing this dress, I really did not want to take it off after the wedding was over! The dress can also be worn without the 4" gold sash for a more uniform look (I did my bridal portraits without the sash & then wore the sash at my wedding). The dress is very versatile. You could even wear the corset with a different skirt or even pants on your anniversary or any other occasion after the wedding. I still get compliments on how beautiful my dress was when people see my bridal portrait, they say it looks like it is something out of a bridal magazine. I'm sorry that the quality of these pictures is not the best, my wedding photographer closed his business after my wedding & he never completed my wedding package so I only received 2 or 3 edited images out of the 3000 images that he took.

The dress was worn once , then cleaned by a couture cleaner & heirloomed immediately after the first & only use. It is in excellent condition.

The skirt also has a train that can be bustled after the wedding.
