The Dress

Say YES in this gorgeous, ivory, soft mermaid dress with lace detail by Mark Lesley (7227).
This dress is incredibly soft, comfortable and flattering. I felt so comfortable the whole day moving, dancing and eating in this dress - by far the comfiest dress I ever tried. The sleeves are tan sheer and the cups in the dress allow to go braless (again allowing that extra comfort). The open back is beautiful, extenuating the figure. I LOVED this dress and felt so pretty in it on the big day.

I had the following alternations made to it (you can compare Mark Lesley photos vs my wedding photos): 1) Plunge neck 2) Slit on the left thigh 3) taken in slightly from waist (see measurements below) 4) Hem “hook” added to conveniently carry the train on the wrist (it’s hid between the trail and underskirt so cannot see and was super convenient on the wedding day on e.g. on the dance floor and taking food) and 5) Glittery sequins taken off as I wanted a bit more minimalist look (pearls and matt finish sequins still on).

CONDITION: EXCELLENT, no damage. Dress is fully dry cleaned. Slight crease on the train from storage but easy to steam.

MY MEASUREMENTS FOR REFERENCE:
- Height: [removed]cm) - I wore 6cm heels
- Bust: 86cm, Waist: 63cm, Hips: 92cm
- I wear XS (UK 6) on top and S (UK 8) on bottom. Fabric is pretty stretchy.
