I did have the seamstress add spaghetti straps that hid well in the dress for the ceremony, but used the straps for the reception as I also paid her to bustle it - the authentic beading made it a little heavier than other dresses I tried on, but also it is the beading that made it so much more elegant than the others I tried on.
Outside of thin spaghetti straps and bustle, the seamstress added removable cups to help keep things perky. If you don’t like them or need them, they are loosely sewn in for easy removal.
Alterations
Bustle, Spaghetti straps (thin that can be tucked in, so you have the option of straps or strapless), and loosely sewn padded cups for the bust which can be easily removed.
