Berta gown, with sparkle detail on entire dress. Bust is corset style with boning. Upper back is slight sheer. Rhinestone detail belt and straps. Built in spanx for support. Can be bustled as shown in pic above. Has a flair at the knee. Color is a soft white, the sparkle detail makes it change in different lighting. A little dirt on the bottom seam of dress.
