The Dress
Selling my gorgeous wedding dress, the 'Elsie Fitted' in Ivory from Made with Love. Comes with detachable bows which were a perfect alternative to a traditional veil. I kept the bows on for half my photos and took them off for the rest to add some variety!
This dress was truly a stunner - making me feel modern, elegant and sexy on my wedding day. Very easy to move in and the illusion sides/front made me feel very secure despite the plunging neckline. The dress is light and the design is very forgiving at the waist.
Dress is in excellent condition and has been dry-cleaned. Bought at Lovely Bride boutique in San Francisco.

- Bust 35 (usually wear a 34C)

Alterations
Alterations include:
- length was shortened but I kept the original raw edge. For reference I am 5'6 and wore 3-3.5 inch heels. The dress was hemmed at the front to hit just above the ground with my heels on; the train was not altered.
- added a French bustle (very easy to tie and completely invisible from the outside of the dress)
- added an invisible inner liner along the outer edges of the dress to make the inner lining around the bust less scratchy. Adding the liner has had no effect on the shape or look of the dress, so much so that when the tailor showed me the dress at the final fitting, I thought she had forgotten to add it altogether.
