The Dress

Full length, ivory, mikado dress, with chapel train and Bardot neckline. Very elegant and timeless dress. Worn to Church and for photos, but changed into another dress after dinner. Has been dry cleaned and absolutely no stains, marks or pulls on it.
The built in train gives a very regal feel, many guests comments that my dress was quite Meghan Markle, also received comments about it being timeless and elegant.
Also Bardot neck is made in a way that arms feel like they have sleeves - no pulling or tugging at dress, yet it was shoulderless - I would not have worn strapless because of bust but this felt very comfortable. Also the neckline was very appropriate for church wedding. Finally because the dress was quite plain I was able to funk up my accessories which I loved.
Dress is fully lined with fabulous underskirt, strong material and well structured. Very comfortable to wear. No bra required as built in bustier. Buttons down back fully covered and neckline is fabulous - straight at the front but dips into a v at the back.

Alterations

This dress has been altered slightly from the original to allow for a slightly larger bust/frame (34/36D) and nipped in slightly at the hips - measurements given are for my current size - married only 6 weeks ago. Dress maker said dress was very easy to work with and alter.
