The Dress

The coveted classic "Georgie Crepe V2" dress by Made With Love is a chic and classic silhouette for the modern bride. Its stunning simplicity allows the bride to shine, rather than the dress wearing the bride.

This dress features a plunging V-neckline and plunging low back, fastened with 7 crepe covered buttons and an invisible zip for ease of dressing. The fabric is double-lined, white crepe which is ultra flattering as the fabric really holds you in and smooths over curves yet doesn't feel stifling. No shape wear needed and so easy to move and dance in! I wear a size 34C bra and did not add any cup inserts. The dress features a beautiful mid-length train that effortlessly glides behind you as you walk.

Important note: this dress is meant for the adventurous bride and she had definitely had the time of her life at our intimate wedding in the Maldives! I was intentionally barefoot in the sand and she did go for a little dip in the Indian Ocean (as seen in photos). However, I had the dress professionally dry-cleaned and looks good as new with some ever so slight blemishes on the train. I'm happy to share detailed photos if interested.

Alterations

Made With Love makes their dresses custom to the bride. I did make some minimal alterations hugging my waist a touch more and ensuring the straps wouldn't leave me gapping at the side boob zone.
