BRAND NEW. Yes, you read that correctly. This is actually a brand new dress, never worn, altered to perfection to fit a size 0. Dress also comes complete with a bustle. I purchased this dress two years ago and had it professionally altered. However, my husband and I ended up eloping. This dress never got the chance to shine but I’m hoping it will soon!
