Augusta Jones 'Jay' dress. I loved wearing this dress!
I had a separate lace bolero (not for sale) made to give the look of a dress with sleeves which allowed me to have one look for the ceremony then I removed the bolero for the reception to give me a whole new look! I loved the belt and the waist the dress gave me, and the dramatic flowing skirt. It worked really well with the bolero and veil and also well on its own. I was able to move and dance in it easily which was so important to me! Our wedding day was 31 degrees Celsius so I was quite hot in the dress as it has quite a lot of material on the bottom to give it the beautiful flowing skirt, something to keep in mind. The top part is very supportive with built-in boning so I didn't need to wear a bra, but of course this may vary for someone else!
I bought as a size 12 and had it tailored to me (size 8-10) by a seamstress. The dress was dry cleaned and boxed after the wedding day and is in great condition.
This dress would work beautifully if you want a traditional look, and want to feel elegant and feminine!
