This is the "Phoebe" dress from the world-renowned designer, Monique Lhuillier. The dress is brand new, it still has tags and comes in the garment bag. The dress is unaltered and has never been worn. It has a removable cummerbund/waistband that has buttons on the back and is a stunning finishing touch. The fabric-covered buttons extend from the low back to the end of the long train. The back has a zipper closure. There is a delicate tie across the back from shoulder to shoulder with a pearl at each end that hangs beautifully. The low back and square neckline show just enough skin with stunning long sleeves. The sleeves have a slight puff at the shoulder and can be altered to fit more snug. They also have buttons near the cuff. The seams and corseting give you such a nice figure, you will feel timeless and stunning in this gown!
