The Dress
I loved this dress but by the time my wedding day arrived, I was 6 months pregnant. The dress was altered to fit and make me feel pretty but ultimately I decided not to wear it because I struggled with the way my body looked. It was never worn and has been in the dress bag in my closet for 5 years. I’m not sure what size it would technically be because of the alterations but the tag says 16. It’s an A-line frame so it’s not fitted around the belly or hips but some extra fabric was added at the back closure. It has spaghetti straps and small sheer beaded shoulder shrug sleeves that were added when it was altered. It has jewels and bead work around the torso and at the back closure.
Alterations
The waist area was expanded, some fabric and beading added at the back closure. Small sheer beaded shoulder shrug sleeves were added.
