I bought it to alter to my size (street size 0) because the shop said it was possible, but all the seamstresses said it was too much to alter, it wouldn't feel the same :(
As you can see I took the photo at the alterations shop as soon as they said it wasn't possible...
The measurements are tricky, Anna Campbell gives you max measurements. So if you wear US Medium (6-8), it should fit you well.
