The Dress

The Carenne gown is from Charlie Brear's iconic collection. It has delicate straps on an empire bodice. The beautiful fit flows into a full crepe de chine circle skirt. As well as being really elegant this dress was comfy and easy to wear.
Also included is the cathedral length veil I got from Charlie Brear.
(The size on the label is actually size 2 but there wasn't an option to input this. At the time of wearing it I was a size 4/6)
The dress has been dry-cleaned but there are a few small signs of wear that aren't immediately obvious.

Alterations

The dress was shortened slightly for me - I am 5ft 3.5in, wore 3.5in heels and the dress lightly touched the floor when I wore it.

A bustle has also been put on which features two buttons on the lining of the dress and three tiny loops on the hem of the dress so that it can be lifted and hooked onto the buttons, it looks great and works well for dancing in - see photo (apologies for it looking a little rumpled from being in the protective bag)
