About the Dress

I fell in love with this dress because it made me feel like a glamorous woman, rich with sparkles, handbeaded, and a flattering bust. It's very lightweight and not heavy like others I've tried on. When I tried it on at the dress shop, it was clipped on me as though it was an A-line dress. When the dress arrived, I realized it's trumpet/mermaid/fit & flair, so I decided to find a different dress because I wanted an A-line. The video is of the dress clipped on.
The color is white & ivory. It's fit for 5'5" without shoes but it can be lengthened (described below).
I made a few alterations: I added a bustle, shortened the dress, let it out about 3/4" in the waist/hips, and lowered the back. Because the top layer has a scalloped edge, she creased it along the bottom rather than cut the fabric. So if you'd like it longer, you can uncrease it. By releasing it, you'll get another 5" in the front of the dress.
