The Dress

Classic elegance never goes out of style...

I wanted a dress that when I looked back at my wedding photos in 25 or 40 or 60 years, I would still be absolutely love with the dress I chose. VERA WANG is the epitome of elegance and style. The dress is pure silk, in a size 4, with virtually no alterations. The color is white, although it's more of a creamy vanilla white tone instead of a pure snow white tone.

The dress is simple, sophisticated, elegant and absolutely stunning. There are 2 or 3 small spots on the dress (at the bottom underside of the train, but no one will be looking there, trust me!)

I had always hoped to have a daughter to pass it on to, but instead I was blessed with two sons.

Although the dress was made in 1999, the style is truly timeless. The asking price is for the ENTIRE ENSEMBLE (cathedral length veil, opera length sheer gloves and the custom made hair pins I had made to secure the veil and put in my hair).

I even had the fortune of meeting Vera Wang in person when I tried on this dress... she happened to be visiting the salon the day I was there. As she walked past me, she stopped, looked at me from head to toe, and said "You look fabulous in my clothes." That sealed the deal... this was MY dress, and I have absolutely no doubt if you buy this dress, she'd say the same to you.
