The Dress

I purchased this stunning dress in January last year for my wedding but I ended up wearing another second hand dress (that I actually purchased off Still White!) that was completely different.

This dress is a sample dress as I only had a few months before my wedding and didn't have time to order a brand new one. The dress had only been tried on a couple of times in the store before I bought it and it has never been altered.

I am usually a size 8 and was going to alter this dress to fit me so anyone from size 8-12 (or possibly smaller / larger depending on how good your seamstress is) will be able to make it work. I can recommend the lady I used for the dress I ended up wearing - she was amazing.

The dress is called Mila by Enzoani and is a full-length mermaid gown with a strapless sweetheart neckline bodice adorned with intricate lace embellishments sprinkling down to the ethereal, breezy tulle skirt. Layers of lace and tulle create an intricate texture up close, and a scattering of small pearly beads across the lace enhance the overall glisten. Finished with an invisible back zipper closure. It is so beautiful and romantic and I absolutely adore it, it just didn't work for the venue we ended up having our wedding at.
