I loved wearing this dress on my wedding day in May in the UK. This dress is made from the most beautiful ivory silk. You feel amazing in it as it is such beautiful quality and so well cut. I have D cup boobs so never thought I'd be able to wear a dress like this but the lady at Amanda Wakely told me about the most amazing underwear company which enabled me to wear my dream dress whilst being fully supported; https://www.enderlegard.com They are expensive but worth every penny as they are comfortable and supportive unlike lots of other cheaper alternatives I tried on.

I am 5ft 9 and the dress at the front touched the floor with my 4" high heels. There is a long train at the back which is still in pristine condition.

Sadly, since Covid Amanda Wakely bridal went into receivership so these dresses are no longer available to purchase full price.

Alterations

This dress started off as a size 12 like all their dresses do and was altered to fit me
I had minimal alterations
I had it taken in a bit under the arms and in a bit at the waist and hemmed to the correct length for me
I also had the back taken up a bit so it wasn't so open/low backed
I was a size 8/10 but it wasn't a super fitted dress so I could definitely still wear it now when I'm much more a large UK size 10
