This dress was a DREAM. It was love at first sight. From Monique Lhuillier's Fall 2020 collection, the "Emilia" was an instant eye catcher. I was looking for a wedding dress that truly reflected my style. It's traditional with a "WOW" factor. Lace is nothing like I had ever seen before.
The dress style is strapless, fitted to waist, with a long majestic train. I decided that I wanted the bolero jacket custom-made for the ceremony, as opposed to the high neck bolero jacket as seen on lookbook. I had the store order a V tulle bolero from Monique and 1 yard of the Emilia fabric and created my own version & loved it!
This dress is versatile- can be worn strapless, long sleeve or BOTH! No need for dress change.
