It is brand new and has had alterations to the shoulder straps, bodice and length. It is a champagne colour and I cant describe how beautiful it is. It has two layers of beautiful lace and the top layer has a brocade finish to it.
Alterations
Alterations have been made to shorten the shoulder straps, bring in the bodice and incorporate boning and to bring up the hem line.
