The Dress

A gorgeous silk-lined satin dress covered in incredibly fine, hand-wrought lace that is tastefully, and not overly, done. I felt like an angel wearing this dress! Excellent quality as it's Anne Barge, and you can feel it while wearing it. It's smooth and just the right amount of weight; the low cut back and no sleeves highlight your figure and make dancing easy - without getting too warm! The dress has a lovely silhouette with its trumpet cut, nicely fitted along torso and hips and flowing from mid-thigh into an elegant flair and train. A bustle allows for easy dancing. Only moderate alterations were performed (I wanted to be comfortable). It's been professionally dry cleaned, carefully stored, and looks brand new! Alterations

Only moderate alterations were performed to fit the dress to my bust, which is smaller than my hips for a size 4. The dress has size B cups fitted, which have been retained (easily removed as they're only lightly stitched in for those with larger bust size or who wish to remove them).
