Dress is handmade from scratch by Simin Couture in Beverly Hills. I spent 6K to get this dress especially made for me. Fabrics were handpicked by me and I designed it. It has beads and pearls and has an art-deco style. No rhinestones, glitter, or silver crystals. It is fitted until right under the butt and flares out beautifully.Please inquire for more details.
