I loved wearing this dress - it is very lightweight and easy to dance in! It is the 'Ferre' by Laure de Sagazan. Do have google for more pictures on models!
It was a size 10 originally and I had it taken in slightly at the waist and breast cups added. The shoulders and length were left unchanged though - I'm 5'9'' and wore 4'' heels . It has been professionally dry cleaned and looks brand new!
