The Dress
Custom-made separates with a beautiful, classic look.
The skirt fits a narrow waist and then cascades over the hips, making it easy to wear all day without worrying about eating or VPL! The skirt also has pockets and a short train for just a little bit of ‘spill’ of the fabric on the floor with shoes visible at the front.
The top is perfect on a small chest. It has a subtle crossover design at the back, open at the bottom with just enough length in the closed section at the top to cover the back of a bra. The length at the front of the garment leaves only a hint of midriff to keep the look classic.
I was so happy with this dress. It was designed by my mum and my friend, and beautifully constructed by Héra Couture in Brunswick. I felt beautiful in it and felt that it was easy to wear all day. Loved having my shoes visible and the pockets were so handy. I’d really love to see it go to a new home and make someone else’s day as special as mine.
