The Dress

This was a beautiful and easy-going dress I purchased new (made-to-order and directly shipped from Israel) for my August summer wedding in Southern California. Things I loved about this dress included:

1. It’s uniqueness in fabric where the floral patterns were hand sewn onto the chiffon fabric, making it romantic as it is, and the airy layers flowed amazingly whether I was walking, sitting or dancing

2. The upper body shape of the dress was very forgiving; in my case I was concerned about the broad shoulders and small chest combination. I loved the side V which allowed me to move my arms very comfortably.

3. Comfort all around. This was an easy to put on, move around and bustle (only 1 button) dress.

The natural waistline and plunging neckline draw the waist in and elongate the body. This gown looks stunning with beach waves and either a statement earring or headpiece.

Alterations

My alterations were extremely minimal including hemming (did not shorten, only even out the length), and minor adjustments to the back V so it would lay flat on my skin. I am [removed]C, 27” waist and 33” hips, for reference.
