A breathtaking mermaid gown that comes to life in glittering, three-dimensional flowers that crystalize along the plunge neckline, gather at the waist, and cascade down a skirt delicately dotted with streams of threaded embroidery. Alterations were done to cover in the sheer part of the neckline. This could likely be taken off. I am 6 feet tall so it could be hemmed to fit anyone and I wore with 2.5 inch heels. Alterations
Had the waist taken in slightly (reflected in measurements) and the transparent cleavage area had some lace put over it to make it less revealing.
