No alterations made other than a bustle was added. Still has tags on it and is ivory in color. In the personal pictures I have a 2 layer underskirt. The dress has only been tried on once. It is very curvy girl friendly. You can wear shapewear underneath and the natural waistline sits perfect to show off those curves.
