Wtoo by Watters Effie Skirt, style # 43602325. The color is Moscato, which is a subtle yet shimmery off-white/ivory with blush undertones. It was purchased in July 2018 from BHLDN and worn one time in July 2019.

As unexpected as it is beautiful, this sculptural tulle and ribbon skirt brings dimensional drama and whimsical movement to your look. The Effie Skirt is trimmed with various widths of Horsehair to add polish to its playful skirt.

Condition:
The skirt was immediately dry cleaned the morning after the wedding, however, there are a few minor blemishes (pictured above) and minor tears at the seam - none of which would be noticeable while wearing the dress.

I hope a bride-to-be can get another use out of this stunning, classy, princess-like skirt! It photographs beautifully and is extremely flattering (I have a petite but curvy, hourglass shape body, for reference). Please note this is a bridal skirt separate and the top is not included. Alterations

This was purchased in a SIZE 8, however it was altered to fit my height (5'2 wearing 3.5" heels). Since this dress has several layers of horsehair tulle, it was altered by bringing up the layers, so the layers sit a bit higher on the waist than in its original, unaltered state.
