The Dress

The Sarah Seven Kir dress is an ever-so-slightly blush color, making it a slightly non-traditional color, though in some photos, the dress appears white.

The material feels like a million bucks. Silk charmeuse/silk crepe. It is backless and has a gorgeous slit up the front. There is also a gorgeous bustle option -- simple and easy to do using three buttons, took my maid-of-honor less than 5 minutes to bustle it between ceremony and reception!

For reference, it looks like the Christi is the newer version. The only difference appears to be the Kir cuts around from the back slightly further, showing a tad more midriff while staying classy.

It was a beautiful, comfortable dress that was perfect to wear all evening long. The silk material hugs the body and the train of the dress hangs flawlessly. The dress swept the ground at the front with the train much longer. I am 5'2'' wearing 3.5'' heels.

Alterations

Sarah Seven specialists from the Sarah Seven bridal showroom shop made slight alterations to fit to my body. Dress was ordered in a size 2 and remains a size 2. Alterations were minor, including lifting the shoulders less than an inch and cinching in the back super slightly (less than half an inch).
