The Dress
Scalloped lace overlay composes the bodice of this delicate a-line dress. I got so many compliments on my dress! My seamstress was very impressed by the quality of the fabric especially the lace bodice. Very comfortable and great for dancing! The dress is surprisingly supportive. I am a 34 DDD and wore no bra and felt supported all night as my seamstress put in bra cups. The skirt is very soft and light and its 5 layers flowed beautifully without feeling heavy. I felt amazing in this dress and I hope to pass it on so someone else can feel the same.
Belt is not included. I bought gross grain ribbon at a fabric store and it cost $15.
I will include for free the white bridal bag for hanging and transporting the dress if you want it :)
Alterations
Bodice was taken in at waist and bust had cups sewn in bra, which can be removed. I had a ballroom bustle put in. There are 2 a small tears in the tulle outer layer. The first is smaller than a dime and the second is about a quarter size. They would go unnoticed as there is so much material in the skirt and there is a second tulle layer underneath.
