The Dress
This dress will make you feel like a fairytale princess. The 8 layers of tulle skirt are so light and flow beautifully as you move. The champagne coloured floral embroidery makes it very feminine and sophisticated as it seamlessly transitions from skirt to bodice to the sheer neckline. There is a secure bralette fastening inside meaning a bra is not necessary and a concealed zip makes fastening the dress simple. The pearl buttons down the back add to the glamour and texture of the gown.
I found this dress incredibly flattering with the light boning really emphasising the waist and comfortable to be in all day.
There is a little mud on the lower layers (on the inside) but this will wash out easily with dry cleaning (I am happy to get it dry cleaned if desired). There are no rips but the sheer top is left unstitched under the arms for easier movement, but could be simply stitched up later.
Alterations
Hemmed at the front to skim the floor extending to a long train at the back. The arms and waist have been brought in a lot to fit my measurements (as shown above) but there is plenty of room for variation in bust and hip size due to the fit of the dress. There is also a three point over bustle incorporated seamlessly with hook and eye clips to allow for dancing later on.
