The Dress

This dress is a true dream! I have never felt more beautiful. Between the fit of the bodice, deep but modest plunging neckline, and perfect fullness of the skirt, it’s just the best of both worlds! Oh, and pockets!! Only worn for about 3 hours as I changed into a reception gown. Professionally dry cleaned!

Alterations

Came as a size 10, altered to a street size 4/6 for 5’7” with a 2.5” heel. Taken in at waist and hemmed accordingly. Fit absolutely perfectly! One layer of the approximately 7 layers of the skirt was removed to take away just a touch of the fullness and give it an incredible flow so that it laid perfectly. Belt is separate and was never attached to the dress. No bustle as I had a reception gown (so I sadly only wore this gown for about 3 hours for pictures and our ceremony). Everything else was untouched. Professionally dry cleaned!
