This is the Rime Arodaky Patsy jumpsuit (link to designers website below). It is an absolute show stopper. I received so many compliments on it. Size US 4 worn once for my engagement party and I had the sleeves let out a little by a professional seamstress. All reviews said the sleeves were super tight and they were definitely right! Retails for $1,800 when available.
