The Dress
Ivory Lace dress with 'latte' colour satin slip
Size 8-10, fits a D-size bust
I'm about 152cm tall and in the photos I'm wearing heels so dress is approximately 158-159 cm
I paid an extra $380 to have the following alterations done to the dress:
- Added a button to the back of the slip to hitch-up the train while at the reception
- On the lace dress I had two loops inserted so you can hitch-up the train at the back using a ribbon - I stupidly used a white ribbon instead of an ivory coloured ribbon so I will not include this with the dress! Please don't make the same mistake!
- Clips inserted in the lace sleeves to secure the slip to prevent its straps from falling down shoulders
This dress could always be shortened (even dyed) and worn again. I planned on doing this but my wedding left me too broke to even consider!
Not only is this dress classically beautiful, it is comfortable and easy to move around in.
