The Dress

A unique dress for the modern bride. Satin straps give this flowy, A-line dress structure over a dreamy lace bodice and the lightweight skirt is perfect for twirling.

The backless design and straps that allow you to choose exactly how tight you’d like it make this dress so comfortable to wear. Lift up the off-white skirt and you’ll see the taupe lining underneath, matching the taupe satin straps, that makes this gown a little bit edgy. Dress was originally bought for a rustic themed wedding, but when it was cancelled with the pandemic, it adapted perfectly to an urban wedding with a woodland themed photo shoot before hand. I absolutely loved wearing this dress on my wedding day!

Alterations

Alterations included taking in the bust and very minimal hemming. As you can see in photos, the dress was floor length on me at 5’9, wearing flat sandals. The bust was taken in to suit my 34 B chest size, worn without cups or a bra. Cups can be sewn in for more padding. Minimal alterations are generally needed on this dress since the straps are tied each time you put the dress on, allowing you to choose the tightness at the waist and the height of the bodice.
