Classic elegance with beautiful lace detail, this dress was only worn twice (once for a pre-wedding photo session and at the wedding). This is the perfect dress for ladies who want the hourglass figure, that was important to me because I am a little more full-figured and I wanted to look and feel super feminine and beautiful - and this dress really delivered! It was incredibly comfortable too, in fact I did not have to wear support undergarments because the dress did all the magic on its own and I can honestly say it was the most comfortable dressy dress I've ever had (you will appreciate this if you wear it ALL day!). The lace detail has just enough shine to play nicely against the fabric, so you have this beautiful mix of sheerness, lace detail and touch of bling that compliment each other perfectly.

I dry cleaned the dress immediately after the wedding and it has been kept inside a smoke free home. It has taken me a while to get around to listing it, but it is in pristine shape. This style will never go out of fashion, it is a classic and beautiful design that accentuates and highlights YOU, the bride! All I can say is that I felt even more beautiful than any model in any bridal magazine in this dress and was happy it was the only dress I wore the entire day :-)

The dress was taken in from a wedding gown size 16 to a street size 12
The seamstress did a wonderful job of creating a supportive stitch within the waistline to "cinch" it in (for that curviness we all want) but you have no idea it's there while you're wearing it
She also sewed in an underskirt that I bought from David's Bridal (at about $200) that keeps the bottom of the dress nice and open instead of collapsing in
There is also a bustle on the back so you can pin up the train
Even if you need to get it altered a little more to fit your figure, you will be happy to not have to buy the underskirt or pay for the bustle
