This brand new Rachel Gilbert Hazel Gown is a gorgeous hand-beaded ivory dress.
I purchased this dress from the Rachel Gilbert Armadale store in Melbourne as new in November 2019. It is still in it’s bags and has not been worn.
No alterations have been done to this dress. Without shoes on, I am 174cm tall and it sits beautifully on the ground. With small heels (6cm), the dress still touches the ground. You could also easily wear flats with it and no one would notice!
When I purchased this dress, Rachel Gilbert sent it to their head office to be dry cleaned and to have all of the beadings checked. It has been picked up and tried on once since then, so is still in perfect condition.
The dress is fitted, but very comfortable, soft and not too tight. The v-neck line is very flattering and the beading on the arms really stands out with the sheer material underneath. I am usually a size 14, and don't like to wear anything too clingy, but this dress fitted very comfortably and was flattering with how the cut sat. It highlighted all the right spots.
