The Dress
Lace bodice with nude underlay and soft cups I wear a B cup and this fit my chest perfectly (could likely also work for A or C comfortably). Deep V in the front and back.
Flowy chiffon skirt with a long chiffon belt that pulls it all together (could be tied at front or back). I'm 5'10" and this was floor length with low shoes, has a beautiful train at the back as well that's about 12-16".
I absolutely loved this dress, it was incredibly flattering and comfortable all night - I just wish I could wear it again!
It's in great condition - looks completely new after being cleaned.
Alterations
Took the straps in slightly (about 1/2 inch as they were a little loose), nothing other than that and a hem for my height 5'10".
