This dress has a lot of personality - romantic with beautiful lace detail throughout the light tulle layers of skirt and pearl detailing but also daring with plunging neckline and low backed lace bodice.
The dress is described as nectar in colour and is warmer than usual whites, ivory or creams.
Despite its layered skirt the dress is incredibly light and comfortable to wear.
I changed into a shorter dress in the evening (just as well as I ended up doing burpees on the dance floor..!) and this dress is in exceptional condition.
I felt like I was starring in a modern day fairy tale on my wedding day and loved wearing this Philomena gown - unfortunately I can't wear her everyday nor do I want to waste her by having her sat in a box in a cupboard so would much rather someone else start the first day of their happily ever after with her :)

- There were minor alterations made to shorten the straps and let out the waist by half an inch-there is no elastic in the waist and I wanted to make sure I'd be comfortable walking, eating, dancing etc which I was
