It was difficult to find a dress that suited my personality, but this one is perfect for a bride looking for an elegant, sophisticated and beautiful detailed gown.

It is a stunning modified A-line silhouette gown with a fused lace skirt embellished with floating floral embroidery. A GORGEOUS gown with EXQUISITE detailing! This is more fitted at the lower waist than a regular A-line which is why it is referred to as modified A-line. The waist is cinched in with an ivory faille bow sash. I wore the sash with a bow at the back, but on the runway it shows with a dramatic bow tied on the front hip... you can design it anyway you like. This gown has only been worn once for a short few hours and was dry-cleaned immediately. It is stored and preserved.

Alterations

  • To make this gown extra special, the seamstress added the sheer capped sleeve (with some matching lace from the rest of the gown), which added even more elegance to this gown
  • It added such a special touch, but it can easily be removed if you prefer strapless
  • It was extremely comfortable to wear!
  • I wore 2.5 heels and I am a 5'6 so it was hemmed for that length
  • I purchased a size 6 but the dress is more like a 4
  • The bust was slightly taken in as well as the waist
  • My measurements on the wedding day are above, so go by those sizes for bust, waist and hip
  • it can be taken in more if needed
  • The back of the dress was slightly lowered as well, as I wanted more of my back to show
  • Alterations were over $1000 due to the intricate details I added including adding the same exact lace from the bottom of the dress to the top
