The Dress

Selling my wedding dress. Got married this January in Fiji.

Brought from 'When Freddie Met Lillie' Boutique in Brisbane for $2299. The dress is size 6 - 8 and is the Di Gown, more photos on their website or Instagram. I love love loved this dress! and it photographed so beautifully, it has a small puddle train which was perfect for me to wear at my ceremony and reception.

The dress is in decent condition, it has been professionally dry cleaned in Fiji the day after the wedding. The only issues is some discoloration on the bottom of the dress. A vanish (nappy san) would actually bring the dress up perfect, or even if you are prepared to spend more on a dry cleaner in Australia.

The dress got muddy on the day and I didn't notice any mud or discolouration in the wedding photos, most of the damage was is on the areas that aren't visible when worn.The material and the way the dress falls means it can be folded, then hung with no need or steam iron. The material has some give and room especially around the lower part. I was a size 6 on my wedding day, and now I'm close to a size 10 and it still fits well. Still has original bag and hanger.

This is an amazing dress, and a bargain at this price. You will be happy with this dress, especially if your looking for something unique, boho and classy. When I saw this dress I immediately thought of Rue de Seine. So for me this dress was my 'Rue De Seine' without the price tag.
