I had the back lowered and is as the images on the gallery NOT like the back on the website address above. I also had the belt removed.
I wore heels with my dress and am 5'7.
I have had it dry cleaned and it is in perfect condition.
Alterations
Yes - I had the back lowered as in the pictures and the belt removed. I have also had bra cups sewn into the dress so no bra is needed.
