This dress has a semi short train with a button and loop to hook it up and also a wrist strap.
The “sleeves” were added to the dress but could easily be removed.
My favorite part of the dress is the rosette on the right side.
I do not know the exact size but I am 5’8” and weighed 145 lbs and wore a size 5 and a 28 waist in jeans
