This sophisticated timeless Vera Wang Luxe gown from her Spring 2008 collection. The dress is retailed at more than AUD$9,000. The dress is tagged US size 6 (AU 10/12) but can be brought 2 sizes down. I am a US size 2/4 (AU 8/10) as I lost some weight before the big day so I altered it at the waist. However, I left the seams in there and it does not have complicated lace or beading so it is quite an easy job to alter it to fit your size. I used a professional tailor recommended by VW boutique. This was my second gown so I only wore it for a few hours. It is elegant, sophisticated yet unique and I received tons of compliments on the day and felt really special in the dress.
