buyerOverall the site functions great. Improvements can be made by prepping the seller for a smoother transaction since sales are worldwide. My seller did not have a paypal account at the time I submitted a payment for the price negotiated. Needless to say it created delays because a refund for my first payment had to be processed in order for me to resubmit a new payment afer the seller made a paypal account. buyerI think it would be helpful to explain how this process works at the top of your page. Software and website seem inadequate. Also, I think cost to seller should be disclosed at top of page. It's a great idea. I am a seller on eBay. Your process is not as clear. I think this is a great business idea, and I hope you improve the process so we can resell this gown we just purchased on your site, not eBay!MoreLinda

sellerGreat! However, your site should require more info such as actual dress measurements and height so that brides who are interested don’t have to email to ask that question. Listing just the wedding gown size and street size doesn’t always help because a lot of couture gowns are customized to size. I think it slows down the actual sell when you have to go back and forth on that info.MoreHan, Dallas

buyerIt was great .. I was looking for a dress to get married in while pregnant and it would be good to have a searchable feature for this as it was really hard to find manually. Even if it isn’t a maternity dress if they could tick possibly suitable for pregnant bride (as everyone has different sized bumps) it would be very handyMore

buyerStillwhite has been super easy to use. Seller-buyer communication is easy, however, I did not receive a response from all the sellers I contacted. I did manage to find my dress (for a great deal!!) on StillWhite. I would highly recommend. It seems crazy to spend thousands on a dress for one day, and then just leave it yellowing in a closet.More

sellerFelt comfortable selling with the site instead of privately because of the handling of communications, policies, Paypal, etc. Everything was very smooth, discussed the dress with several potential buyers within the 3 months it was listed, and eventually found a great buyer. buyerMy experience was very positive and seamless. The privacy and conversations between me and the seller were good. Payment option was easy. Dress has not arrived yet but it was the weekend/holiday. I would recommend this service to anyone who's serious about buying a used dress. Ask a lot of questions.More
