After my wedding I placed my dress on Still White because it was just too beautiful and valuable to deteriorate in a box full of tissue paper within another box for who knows how long! Although I also advertised my dress on a few re-sale sites, I found that Still White was where I received most enquiries. Still White is by far the best site in my opinion for a few reasons being that site itself is very user-friendly as both a buyer and a seller, it’s clear and easy to navigate and everything is displayed well! The site helps you optimise your advertisement by reviewing the details and images you post and it gives you options you to “bump up” your advert. My advert was online for a year. If you have a wedding dress that holds value its worth spending the money on the advert and giving it another life. That concept made it worth the wait to find the right buyer.MoreSarah, Sydney

buyerLoved It!! I looked through thousands of dresses, there were many beautiful and a range of affordable options. I purchased the first dress i tried on EVER. I instantly fell inlove with it. I viewed it many times on your site and just kept comming back to the same dress. I loved how easy it was to connect with the buyer and loved how true the dress was to the advertisement. I only had 5months to find a dress and i found it within weeks of scrolling through your site. Thankyou Stillwhite for creating such an amazing outlet for brides to be. sellerA good concept but the terms and conditions mean that as a seller, you pay an extortionate amount of PayPal fees (not StillWhites fault but it’s the only payment mechanism they recommend). I ended up with about 10% less than the actual sale price after everything.MoreChristy, Sydney

sellerEverything was easy to use. - very single enquiry questioned the length of my dress I think you need to change the height in the chart to ‘your height’ and then another section for ‘shoe height’ I sold my dress to someone in the US. She paid via PayPal and I was slightly out of pocket due to the exchange rates they charged. :(More

sellerGreat service. My dress sold in about three weeks for a price I was more than happy with. My only issue was when I added the "buy now" button to my message thread Stillwhite automatically used my PayPal linked to my email address (I have multiple accounts and wanted to use a different one). Maybe adding a confirmation prompt to allow the seller to enter in the correct PayPal email/details. Other than that I highly recommend Stillwhite. ElleMoreElle, Adelaide

Buyer makes dress available for purchase and when seller pays it disappears from site and/or immediately contacts you if it is on your watch list so you know to continue browsing! The site helps you screen through the dresses in an orderly fashion and if you get lucky, the exact new new dress you were stalking on Pinterest pops up at 40% off! buyerI had a lovely time browsing the site and each of the sellers I chatted with before making my decision was quick to answer all my questions. My dress arrived as advertised with no issues at the post office, but having the insurance should anything have gone wrong was a great comfort. Will definitely recommend this site in the future to other brides, and potentially resell my own dress here too!More

I specifically liked the feature of being able to search dresses by location, which allowed me the option to try it on, as well as the ease of purchase as I was able to pay cash, the whole interaction being transparent, easy and quick! buyerSeller was very good at communicating exact measurements. She also send me a few pics with dress on her and we happened to bee similar is height and weight so it gave me a great idea of how dress would look on my body and not a size 0 model. Kara was also very nice and were in similar situations and didnt love our first dress purchases, and she made me feel less guilty for wanting to get another one. Who would have thought you could buy a dress online and it only needs minimal alterations. Plus its environmentally friendly!!!MoreScraigo, Plainfield

sellerI am really really happy with the Stillwhite service :) The only difficulty was when I was trying to meet with the girl who wanted to buy my dress (so that she could try it on) and your policy wouldn’t allow me to share my mobile number in case of any problems with her finding my flat eg . It was quite threatening being told that if I sent my number I might be taken off the site/my ad might be removed. I think you need to find a better way so that individuals can share contact details for those important dress visits etc. Other than this, I think it’s a great site. ThanksMoreSally-Anne, London
