buyerFantastic platform!! All the filter options made it so easy to find what you're looking for! The only recommendations I would offer are some tighter control over sizing.. often I would search for a a particular size with the filter and would end up with so many dresses which were clearly much bigger. This was a shame and a bit of a time sink because I'd have to sift through so many more dresses to find the ones I wanted to see. Also, perhaps a button could be added to the messaging page to add a payment button, or at least to advise how... we had to do some research to figure out how to make the sale. sellerIt took a lot longer than I had anticipated to sell my dress. I also had to lower the asking price multiple times which was a little disappointing. Many people who contacted me didn’t respond after I messaged them back. But overall, I am glad the dress is sold.More

It would be more helpful if the price quoted on StillWhite reflected the price Paypal will make us pay - otherwise it's off putting for buyers (esp. those which have to convert between currencies). I had to google search how to “buy it now” and didn’t realize it was to be initiated by the seller when both parties agreed on selling and payment.More

buyerI like the website - I only wish it were easier to search by dress measurements. It's a lot of time switching between the different European/UK/Aus/US sizes, and then adding it the extra challenge of bridal sizes. It would be so much easier if you could just put in your bust/waist sizes and get back results that would work for you.MoreEmily, Washington

buyerLoved the website and the ease of filters and being able to control the amount of notifications. Only issue would be that the PayPal was very difficult to organise-- I had lots of issues creating an account and linking cards/bank accounts to the PayPal account. Otherwise, I'm super happy!More

buyerI love the idea of buying a preowned wedding dress. I am able to get a designer dress at half the price! I’m so happy and excited I get to wear the dress of my dreams and I’m so appreciative to the seller. I’m gonna sell the dress again after getting it dry cleaned so hopefully I can make another bride as happy as I feel. I would like to mention one thing I wish could be added. I would have liked an area where the sellers can mark if they are willing to ship overseas. I was very interested in a dress and went to purchase it and she told me she doesn’t ship overseas after asking for my address. Rather disappointing.
