I thought the experience was very user friendly and straightforward. My dress sold pretty quickly, which is awesome. I had a question and reached out to support and I received a response in a very timely manner. Only change I would make is more information about paypal, if someone isn't familiar as I wasn't with how to use and the fee they take. Over all I am extremely pleased.

Great! Could be an idea for people to put their postcode in when signing up so that you could estimate shipping in the cost when buyers contact sellers. Especially for international purchases that could be really handy

Uploaded my dress for sale on Saturday, and it was sold and in the post by Thursday! So easy to use. The only thing that was a little unclear was how to finalise the sale...I should have read up on that! Payment options other than Paypal would be good. Otherwise really easy to use!
